The laser microperforation system for sound-absorbing panels

CX Microperforation is a state-of-the-art system wholly designed and implemented to revolutionize the noise absorption sector. The sound-absorbing panels have the essential task to dampen and absorb noise.
The micro-perforated panels are made of wood or laminate, and show thousands of tiny holes on their surface, with suitable diameters for sound absorption.

Smart DRAW

Un logiciel graphique et d’exploitation avec moteur graphique Corel Draw spécifique pour la réalisation de fichiers et pour le fonctionnement du système entier. Pour chaque travail graphique il est possible d’assigner des paramètres géométriques, paramètres d’usinage et de configurer d’éventuelles répétitions ou compositions de dessins, au cas où le système soit équipé de table automatique.

Engraving Manager

Un logiciel de gestion machine à même d’ouvrir des formats variés PLT, BMP, etc. De plus, Engraving permet de configurer le placement et la fréquence des points sur les panneaux, ainsi que les paramètres de vitesse et puissance et de créer des listes de travaux.
